House Rules

  • Extra Guests who are not registered on reservation then they will be charged 1000/- per head.
  • Check-in time 3 PM and Check-out time 11AM.
  • Early check-in / late check-out can be provided on availability.
  • Smoking, Eating, Drinking, and Glass items are not allowed inside the swimming pool. (If the pool is found dirty then guests are liable to pay 2000/- for cleanliness)
  • If Laundry will be found in dirty condition like any stain will be charged as per actual cost.
  • If there is any damage or loss will be charged as per management decision.
  • We are not responsible for any damages to any of the customer's personal item.
  • The use of illegal substances or drugs are strictly prohibited.

  • No firearms and dangerous weapons are allowed in this property.
  • No entry in the swimming pool on check-out date after 10 PM.
  • The property has 100% power back up With Genset with charge of 2000/-
  • BONFIRE service is available at prior notice at the property charges of 1500/-
  • BBQ equipment along with fuel can be arranged for additional charges of 1500/-
  • A fine of 2000 will be imposed if any house rule is violated.
  • A security deposit of 5000 will be needed on arrival refundable at the time of check-out
