Welcome to Live on Farms. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation or using our facilities.

1. Booking & Payments

  • A confirmed booking is subject to the receipt of the required advance payment.
  • Full payment must be made prior to check-in unless otherwise agreed.
  • Rates are subject to change without prior notice and are only guaranteed once the booking is confirmed.
  • Any special requests during your stay (e.g., additional services or facilities) may incur extra charges.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date may result in partial or no refund, depending on the terms agreed upon during booking.
  • No refunds will be issued for early departures or no-shows.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out time is by 11:00 AM.
  • Early check-ins or late check-outs may be accommodated upon prior request and are subject to availability and additional charges.
  • Valid government-issued ID proof is required for all guests upon check-in.

4. Property Usage

  • The property is to be used only for lawful purposes, and guests must adhere to local laws and regulations.
  • Smoking is restricted to designated areas.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, furniture, or fixtures during their stay and will be charged for repair or replacement as applicable.
  • Loud music or parties that disturb the peace of the surroundings are not permitted after 10:00 PM.

5. Liability

  • Live on Farms is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.
  • Guests are responsible for their safety, including children and individuals with special needs. Use of the swimming pool and other amenities is at your own risk.

6. Housekeeping & Maintenance

  • Daily housekeeping services are provided to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Guests are requested to inform the management promptly in case of any maintenance issues.

7. Pets

Pets are allowed only with prior approval and may be subject to specific terms and conditions. Additional charges may apply.

8. Event Policy

  • Events such as weddings, parties, and gatherings must be pre-approved by the management.
  • Any additional setup, catering, or services for events will incur extra charges.

9. Security & Surveillance

  • For the safety and security of all guests, the property is monitored by CCTV in public areas.
  • Guests are expected to cooperate with staff to ensure a safe and secure environment.

10. Amendments to Terms

  • Liveon Farms reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website or email and will take effect immediately.

11. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your stay will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
